With Sean “Diddy” Combs currently behind bars, new legal developments connected to the early days of Bad Boy Entertainment have brought renewed attention to his family and the label’s founding history. At the center of the controversy is Diddy’s 84-year-old mother, Janice Combs, who is now named in a lawsuit alleging fraud and improper control of company ownership.
